New Years among other things

So I’m probably a tad overdue on the blogging escapades but I’ve been a little busy as of late, or rather just preoccupied with other more pressing matters… or, just lazy.
Take your pick, I really don’t care. But as usual, I have a few things to report.

Christmas – fine.
New Years – fine.
New Year’s Resolution – failed, but then resurrected in a glorious fashion.

They say that it isn’t smart for people to set themselves an ambitious new years resolution because for the majority of people, they’ll fail and inevitably feel inadequate and personally unreliable to the one person that really matters, themselves. And while this is true and would probably lead down some sort of destructive path of depression or some sort of emo fad people have got to realize that they aren’t one of the majority! hell no one is now days.

Bah so anyway, I failed my new years resolution due to alcohol and lack of numerous things which you could aptly name excuses but in the nature of human spirit and the realization that no one succeeds at anything that requires some though and disciple when alcohol is thrown into the mix, I dished myself another attempt and resurrected my new years resolution. What is it you ask? screw you, it’s my new years resolution.. completely awesome and if I do reveal it to anyone it will be stolen because I know, you know, that it is just that good.

So meh, study is eroding the core of my soul, that’s cool, although I be tripping over these words I be reading from a book that be rockin’ my views on pre-modern (early modern) western world vs. an ancient (late imperial rather) eastern kingdom.
You know what I’m saying? (my rap speech be trippin’)
