Being a blogger is tough

Posted by Mitchell

I don’t know guys, I thought I would be all over this entire blogging thing. I mean, I know how to write and phrase a sentence or two and I can tell a nice story if the need arises but lately I just haven’t had the motivation.

Yes, the motivation.. that and the remembering skillz that are required to remember stuff.. hmm yep. Basically, I’ll hit you with the average scenario that takes place with me and the old bloggeroo. Something happens.. I say to myself, heyyy throw that onto the blog, it’ll be as good as a cakepie; thing is I never get round to it.
Then the remembering skillz or rather lack of kick in and I go bust. Nothing to write about because of a lame memory. However! I do have this little talent where I can write about nothing and make it look a’ okay.

But, onto news announcements!

On Tuesday, I got slapped! it wasn’t as great for me as it was for Jace but I digress. It was rather full on this time and actually hit the bone pretty hard, I had a temporary headache.

Lately, some new things have been happening round the site! – me and Jace have got our heads together and we’ve got the Things to do – In Japan section up and running. The general idea is to compile a massive list of things to do in the 4 months or so that we’ll be in Japan, so far so good. We’ve also moved Jace’s blog from wordpress.com to mpears.com and it can be found under roadtojapan.mpears.com — pretty sweet and it means we can do more and hopefully get some creative scripts running.

Umm.. Anthony missed a tute meaning he loses 1% of his grade which basically means another 14% to go so I can slap him.. that’s nice to know. Oh and I fired off a bunch of emails to a bunch of unit coordinators in the hopes of getting academic credit for their units whilst on exchange.

Uhh.. yeah, I think that sums it up. Anything I missed I’ll post later right? wrong! I’ll most likely forget it cos that’s pretty much how I roll.

Live long and prosper… (felt the need.. the need for speed)

Yeah, I’ll stop now; until next time!
